新疆南疆农田防护林主要树种腐烂病病原鉴定 被引量:4

摘要 采用组织分离法对新疆南疆农田防护林主要树种腐烂病的病原菌进行分离,用形态学和分子生物学对病原菌进行鉴定。结果表明:从新疆杨Populus alba cv.pyramidalis,箭杆杨Populus nigra cv.Afghanica,胡杨Populus euphratia,柳树Salix matsudana上共分离得到52个菌株,鉴定出3种病原菌分别为金黄壳囊孢Cytospora chrysosperma(有性型Valsa sordida),C.nivea(有性型Leucostoma niveum)和Cryptosphaeria pullmanensis,其中Cytospora chrysosperma为主要种。 The author isolated the pathogen from trees with rot disease in farmland shelterbelts in south Xinjiang by tissue isolation and identified the isolations by morphological and molecular methods. The results showed that 52 strains were obtained, from Populus alba cv. pyramidalis, Populus nigra cv. Afghanica, Populus euphratica and Salix matsudana. The pathogens were identified as Cylospora chrysosperma (teleomorph: Valsa sordida ), C. nivea (teleomorph: Leucostoma niveum ) and Cryptosphaeria pullmanensis, of which C. chrysosperma was dominant pathogenic strain.
