微波法制备磁性纳米粒子Fe_3O_4探究 被引量:2

摘要 在液相合成磁性纳米粒子Fe_3O_4的常规方案的基础上,用微波反应仪代替常规的加热仪器,从反应温度与时间上对反应过程进行调控,将产物的制备周期从常规反应的20min缩短至微波反应的12s。与常规反应所得产品相比,微波反应所得产品不仅粒径减小,团聚度也明显降低。通过微波合成仪在该项实验教学中的应用,不仅能让学生学习新的技能,还能激发学生探索新方法,新技术的潜力。 On the basis of the conventional scheme of liquid phase synthesis of magnetic nanoparticle Fe3O4,the microwave reaction apparatus instead of the conventional heating apparatus is used to control the reaction process from the reaction temperature and time,and the preparation cycle of the product is shortened from 20 min of the conventional reaction to 12 sof the microwave reaction.Compared with the product obtained by conventional reaction,not only the particle size of the product by microwave reaction is reduced,but also the agglomeration degree is obviously decreased.The application of the microwave synthesizer in this experimental teaching can not only help students to learn new skills,but also inspire them to explore the potential of new methods and technologies.
