摘要
分析了在线开放虚拟仿真实验项目建设的重要意义和可行性,提出在线开放虚拟仿真实验项目建设的整体思路:(1)顶层设计;(2)政策引导(3)建立共建共享运行机制;(4)构建平台常态化运行模式;(5)建立科学的绩效评价体系;(6)建立完善的服务支撑体系(7)做好平台监管工作。在实验项目建设中采用"互联网+教育"的新举措,推动和引领高等教育教学与现代信息技术的深度融合。
The significance and feasibility of the construction of the online open virtual simulation experiment project are analyzed and the whole idea of the construction of such project is put forward.It includes the toplevel design,policy guiding,establishing the shared operating mechanism,building the normal operation mode of the platform,formulating a scientific performance evaluation system,setting up a sound service support system and doing agood job in the platform supervision.In the construction of the experiment project,the new measures of＂Internet＋education＂are adopted,which promotes and guides the deep integration of higher education teaching with the modern information technology.
