摘要
提高聚晶金刚石/硬质合金界面结合强度是高性能复合片制备中值得研究的问题。设计了聚晶金刚石/硬质合金复合片的制备与表征综合实验,利用微喷砂优化基体表面残余应力状态改善复合片的界面结合强度,并对聚晶金刚石复合片的微观组织和力学性能进行表征。实验将高温高压合成、粉末冶金、表面工程以及材料表征等方面的知识贯穿起来,培养材料工程类专业本科生创新思维和综合运用知识进行科学研究的能力。
Improving the interfacial bonding strength of the polycrystalline diamond/cemented carbide is an issue worthy of study in the preparation of the high-performance compact.Through the comprehensive experiment on the preparation and characterization of polycrystalline diamond/cemented carbide compact,and by using the micro sandblasting to optimize the residual stress state on the surface of the matrix,the interfacial bonding strength of the compact is improved,and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the polycrystalline diamond compact are characterized.The experiment integrates together the knowledge of high temperature and pressure synthesis,powder metallurgy,surface engineering,and material characterization,which can cultivate the thinking of undergraduates majoring in material engineering and their ability to use the knowledge to carry out scientific research.
