摘要
针对传统软件工程实践教学中学生参与度不足的问题,提出了基于学生团队协作的项目驱动教学模式。课堂教学以IT企业软件开发流程为模拟项目,对项目设计、项目实践、总结评价3个阶段加以教学设计,引导学生在各阶段进行不同程度的团队协作。教学实践通过优化教学内容、改变授课方式、创新实践方法等一系列举措,取得了良好的教学效果评价,实现教学活动从"教"到"学"的转变。对学生团队建设策略的探索,有助于提升学生实践能力。
In view of the students’ insufficient participation in the practical teaching for the traditional software engineering,aproject-driven teaching mode based on student team cooperation is put forward.The classroom teaching takes the IT enterprise software development process as the simulation project and carries out the teaching design according to the three stages such as the project design,project practice and summary evaluation in order to guide students to cooperate at different levels in different stages.Teaching practice has achieved the good evaluation of teaching effect through a series of measures such as optimizing teaching content,changing teaching modes,innovating practical methods,etc.,and the transformation of teaching activities from "Teaching"to "Learning"is realized.The exploration of the strategy for the student team construction helps to improve the students’ practical ability.
