校院两级管理体制下加强高校实验室废弃物处置管理的思考

Thinking on strengthening disposal management of university laboratory waste under university-school two-level management system

近年来,伴随国家教育改革的深入推进,高等院校的招生规模不断扩大,实验室建设水平进一步提升,在为人才培养提供坚实保障的同时,也带来了废弃物数量大规模增加、处置难度加大等现实问题。该文立足高校实验室废弃物管理工作实际,提出构建三级管理体系,进一步协同推动高校实验室废弃物处置管理科学化、规范化发展。

In recent years,with the deepening of national education reform,the enrollment scale of colleges and universities is continuously expanding,and the level of laboratory construction is further promoted.While the solid guarantee is provided for the training of talents,some practical problems such as the large-scale increase of the amount of waste,the increasing difficulty of waste disposal,etc.,are also brought about.Based on the practice of waste management in university laboratories,this paper proposes the establishment of a three-level management system to further promote the scientific and standardized development of laboratory waste disposal in colleges and universities.
