Countermeasures for Problems in Development of Self-service Parcel Pickup Points in China

介绍了我国以智能快件箱为代表的无人值守式自提点和以驿站为代表的有人值守式自提点的发展概况,分析了当前智能快件箱和驿站在投递服务、投递流程、格口利用率、协同水平等方面所存在的问题,最后提出了我国自提点的发展对策。

In this paper, we introduced the overview of the development in China of the unattended self-service parcel pick-up points represented by the intelligent express cabinet and the attended self-service parcel pickup points represented by the courier station, analyzed the problems existing currently with the delivery service, delivery process, pigeonhole utility and coordination level, etc., of the intelligent express cabinet and courier station, and at the end, proposed the countermeasures to advance the development of the self-service pickup points in China.
