高校快递包装物回收利用新模式研究——以北京交通大学为例

Research on New Mode for Recycling and Utilization of Express Bags in University:A Case Study of Beijing Jiaotong University

高校学生是网购和快递行业的重要消费群体,但其消费行为也产生严重的快递包装物污染浪费问题。通过分析包装物传统回收模式的现状、存在的问题以及原因,在此基础上提出由无人化回收站、快递收发站与微信平台三个部分组成的快递包装物回收利用新型模式,分析该模式的可行性,并在北京交通大学进行试点运行。运行结果表明,回收利用率较好。该模式对国家治理物流业环境问题和资源浪费问题有一定的借鉴作用。

In this paper, based on an analysis of the status quo, existing problems and their causes of the traditional recycling mode of the express bags, we proposed a new recycling and utilization mode that involved the unmanned recycling station, express parcel collection and delivery station and We Chat platform, then examined its feasibility, and put it to trial in Beijing Jiaotong University. Through the trial, the mode exhibited good recycling and utilization rate.
