摘要
从电子商务运作模式分析出发,对电子商务物流配送模式进行分析研究,设计网店与实体店物流合作的配送方案,从而改善网购配送中存在的成本高、耗时久的问题。以成都的交通网络图为背景,选择合理的配送路径。通过对物流协作前后配送模式进行定性分析,并运用里程量作为主要的定量分析依据,分析物流协作的可行性。
Starting from an analysis of the e-commerce operation mode, this paper analyzed the logistics distribution modes of the ebusinesses and designed the joint distribution plan to suit the cooperation of the online and brick-and-mortar stores in a bid to reduce the cost and time consumption with the delivery service in online shopping. Then in the case of the traffic network map of Chengdu, a reasonable distribution route was selected. At last, through a qualitative analysis of the distribution mode before and after logistics collaboration, and with mileage as the main analytic basis, the feasibility of the logistics collaboration was put under study.
