Research on Turnover Carton Life Cycle in Different Processes of Core Enterprise

以核心企业生产制造供应链的整个过程作为研究背景,通过研究周转箱的采购、使用、报废的整个生命周期,发现周装箱在各环节使用管理过程中的问题并分析其原因,最后提出相应的合理化建议,从而改进周转箱在整个生命周期中的使用流程并提高管理效率。

In this paper, with the whole process of the manufacturing supply chain of the core enterprise as the background and through studying the whole life cycle of the turnover carton including its purchasing, use, and retirement, we identified and analyzed the problems in the use and management of the turnover cartons in each process of the enterprise. Finally, we proposed the corresponding recommendations of optimization to improve the utilization rate and management efficiency of the turnover carton in its entire life circle.
