摘要
梳理国内外学者相关研究的基础上,从提升物流业效率的角度,利用DEA交叉评价方法,构建了包括"总货运量"、"货物周转量"、"邮电业务总量"、"限额以上批发零售贸易业商品销售总额"、"货物进出口总额"、"道路面积"、"交通运输、仓储和邮政业从业人数"和"交通运输、仓储和邮政业固定资产投资总额"的城市物流业效率评价指标体系。以"一带一路"的11个有代表性节点城市为对象进行了实证研究,测算出各城市的平均交叉效率值并得到排名。最后对结果进行了分析,并提出相应意见。
In this paper, based on the relevant studies by scholars both at home and abroad and from the perspective ofimproving the efficiency of the logistics industry, we used the DEA cross evaluation method to construct the urban logistics industry efficiency evaluation index system that includes such parameters as total freight transport volume, cargo turnover volume, total postal and telecommunication service volume, total wholesales and retailing volume of commodities above designated size, total import and export of goods, road area, number of employees in transportation, warehousing and postal services, and total investment in fixed assets in transportation, warehousing and postal services. Then Taking 11 representative nodal cities on the Belt and Road Initiative as the example, we had an empirical study to calculate the average crossover efficiency of the cities and ranked them accordingly. At the end, we analyzed the result and presented our thoughts on it.
