摘要
针对交通出行者的出行行为存在不同属性的实际情况,在网络设计双层规划理论的基础上,研究基于随机均衡配流的连续性交通网络设计问题.综合考虑路网可达性和随机用户均衡交通分配建立了双层规划模型,并在路网可达性中引入节点的重要度计算.下层规划采用拉格朗日乘子法求解,同时对上层规划设计粒子群优化算法,并借助Matlab编程计算.在实际算例中,选取道路饱和度对扩建后的交通网络进行效果验证.结果表明,文中模型具有一定的实用性,既可以提高交通网络中的道路利用率,又可以在一定程度上缓解交通网络中的拥堵问题,使网络中的平均饱和度降低28.4%.
In view of the actual situation of different attributes of traffic travel behaviors,a continuous transportation network design problem on the basis of stochastic equilibrium assignment is investigated according to the theory of the bi-level programming in network design. By synthetically considering the accessibility of road network and the equilibrium traffic assignment of stochastic users,a bi-level programming model is constructed,and the importance of the node is introduced into the accessibility of road network. The lower level programming uses the Lagrange multiplier method to solve the problem. Meanwhile,a particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed for the upper level programming,and the programming calculation is conducted on MATLAB. In a practical example,the road saturation is selected to verify the effect of expanded traffic networks. The results show that the constructed model is practical,and it can improve the road utilization of traffic networks and effectively solve the traffic congestion,thus decreasing the network average saturation by 28. 4%.
