医学院校商务英语专业实践教学体系存在的问题及解决对策——从培养和增强学生创新创业能力谈起

Problems and solutions of practical teaching system for business English majors at medical universities and colleges from the perspective of development and enhancement of undergraduates' innovation and entrepreneurship abilities

为更好地适应社会发展,国家着力于加强创新创业教育,培养创新创业人才。文章在调研医学院校商务英语专业实践教学现状和分析实践教学体系存在问题与不足的基础上,就实践教学体系建设内容与模式进行了探究,并从师资队伍、教学资源、教学条件以及教学管理与质量监控等方面提出建设策略,应以社会发展为基础、以学生为中心、以实际应用为导向,来加强学生实践能力和创新创业能力培养。

In order to adapt to social development,our country is exerting efforts to strengthen innovation-and entrepreneurship-oriented education to produce innovative talents.The paper analyzes problems and insufficiencies in the practical teaching system based on a survey of the current situation of the practical teaching system for business English undergraduates at medical colleges and universities.Then it explores the content and mode of the system construction and proposes constructive strategies from the aspects of teaching staff,teaching resources,teaching conditions,and teaching administration and quality monitoring.Basing on social development,we should center around students and be guided by practical application to reinforce the development of students＇ practical ability as well as innovation and entrepreneurship abilities.
