急性阑尾炎一直以来是本科教学的重点内容,阑尾切除术也是学生需要掌握的基础手术之一。由于对阑尾解剖及手术流程缺乏形象、直观的认识,学生往往在学习中感到困惑,教学效果欠佳。在临床教学实践中引入腹腔镜阑尾切除术高清视频,利用其视觉优势,使病变阑尾的组织形态、腹腔内的解剖位置具体化和形象化,手术操作细节规范化,可加深学生对解剖及手术的理解,提高学习积极性及主动性,改善急性阑尾炎的实习教学质量。

Acute appendicitis has always been the key point of medical undergraduate teaching,and appendectomy has also been one of the basic operations that medical students need to master.Because of lack of vivid and visual understanding of appendix anatomy and operation process,medical students often feel puzzled during study and thus clinical practice teaching is ineffective.Introducing high-definition videos of laparoscopic appendectomy to clinical practice teaching and making use of the advantage in visualization can make histological morphology and anatomic position of an inflamed appendix in the abdominal cavity concrete and graphic,standardize operation details,deepen students＇ understanding of the appendix＇s anatomy and operation process,and mobilize students＇ enthusiasm and initiative for learning,thus bettering the quality of clinical practice teaching of acute appendicitis.
