口腔颌面外科专科医师规范化培训方法探索

Methods for standardized specialty training of oral and maxillofacial surgeons

专科医师培训在欧美国家已有上百年的时间,形成了一套比较成熟的教育培训体系。我国的专科医师教育起步较晚,现在还没有比较规范的体系形成。而我国的口腔颌面外科无论从教育体系还是诊治范围都与国外有显著差异,因此无现成经验可供借鉴。上海交通大学医学院依据口腔颌面外科专业的显著优势,探索了其专科医师的规范化培训方法,以期为我国口腔颌面外科专科医师培训体系的建立提供借鉴。

Specialty training has been established in European and American countries for over a hundred years,forming a relatively mature system of education and training.However,there is no standardized system in China because specialty education started late here.At the same time,oral and maxillofacial surgery is significantly different from that in other countries both in educational system and the scope of diagnosis and treatment.Therefore,there is no ready-made experience for our reference.Making use of the distinctive advantages of Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine in the specialty,we have explored the standardized specialty training of oral and maxillofacial surgeons.It will provide reference for the establishment of oral and maxillofacial surgery specialty training system in China.
