摘要
管理好课堂是开展教学活动的基石,是实现教学目标的保障。信息化教学环境下,"教"与"学"的方式发生巨大改变,对教师课堂管理能力提出新的挑战。文章通过对湖北省14所高校215名外语教师课堂管理能力进行调查分析,总结出信息化教学环境下教师课堂管理能力存在的问题,进而从管理理念、媒体运用、教学素材和教学活动四个维度出发,探讨了提升教师课堂管理能力的途径。
Classroom management is the cornerstone of teaching activities and the guarantee of teaching objectives.In the informatized teaching environment,the means of teaching and learning has changed dramatically,which has posed new challenges to teachers' ability in classroom management.We investigated and analyzed classroom management ability of 215 foreign language teachers from 14 colleges and universities in Hubei Province.This paper summarizes the teachers' deficiencies in classroom management in the informatized teaching environment and then discusses ways to improve teachers' classroom management ability in the following four dimensions:management ideas,media application,teaching materials,and teaching activities.
