从职业能力的培养到职业素养的提升——以市场营销专业教学为例 被引量:4

摘要 当下,职业素养的缺失已成为市场营销专业学生就业及发展的最大障碍。市场营销专业教学中存在着重眼前、轻长远,重显性、轻隐形,重数量、轻质量等问题。应有针对性地将营销职业素养内化于心、固化于制、外化于行,还应开发典型的营销专业职业课程,构建营销专业仿真实训环境,以实现职业素养的提升。 Nowadays,the lack of professional accomplishment has become the biggest obstacle to the employment and development of marketing majors,and after understanding the problems in teaching,we can not only develop marketing professional literacy within the heart,solid in the system,the effective way to the line,but also can use the development of typical marketing professional courses,marketing professional simulation of the construction in a practical training environment and other effective methods to achieve the promotion of professional literacy.
