高校家庭经济困难学生精准认定工作机制研究——以南京铁道职业技术学院为例

高校家庭经济困难学生精准认定是保障教育公平的重要举措,是高校资助育人工作的重要前提,也是高校思想政治工作的基本要求。文章基于南京铁道职业技术学院家庭经济困难学生认定工作的实践与探索,通过对我国高校家庭经济困难学生精准认定工作面临的紧迫形势,以及国内外高校家庭经济困难学生精准认定机制的深入分析,构建了以认定制度为保障、信息平台为支撑、协同机制为辅助的精准认定工作机制。

Family economic difficulties students in colleges and universities accurate recognition is one of the important measures,security education fair is an important premise of the educational work of university funding,is the basic requirement of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Based the related studies of colleges and universities at home and abroad about the family economic difficulties students accurately identification,the paper analyzes the successful experiences and existing problems in the Nanjing Institute of Railway Technology,tries to construct the working system under the reflection and the necessity of adjusting the existing system and realizing method aiming to realize the family economic difficulties students identified mode innovation.
