摘要
以乙醇为提取溶剂,用超声波辅助提取银杏叶黄酮。通过对春秋两季银杏叶黄酮含量的测定与比较,找到了银杏叶中黄酮含量随季节的变化规律,以此确定了银杏树采叶的最佳时期。实验结果表明:湖州地区春秋两季银杏叶黄酮含量变化幅度较大,春季含量高,较秋季而言,春季是采摘银杏叶的最佳时期。
By using ethanol as solvent extraction,ultrasonic extraction of Ginkgo biloba by determination and comparison of brass.In two seasons of Ginkgo biloba flavonoids,analyzed the variation of flavonoids content in Ginkgo biloba leaves with the seasons,to determine the best time picking ginkgo tree leaves.The experimental results show that the Huzhou area during the spring and autumn season two changes of flavonoids content in Ginkgo biloba leaves change greatly with high content in spring than in autumn and spring and the spring and autumn are the best period for the picking of Ginkgo biloba.
