摘要 在聚氨酯预聚体的末端引入季戊四醇三丙烯酸脂,进而完成UV固化水性聚氨酯树脂,将该树脂作为中间材料,制备水性聚氨酯油墨。与此同时,分析DMPA质量分数对于UV固化水性聚氨酯树脂性能带来的各种影响,对UV固化水性聚氨酯油墨的性能进行梳理分析。通过研究和分析,结果表明DMPA质量分数的增加会让树脂乳液的颜色逐渐从乳白色的不透明状态转变成为半透明状态,树脂的稳定性越来越强,粒子半径逐渐减小固体含量增加。UV固化水性聚氨酯油墨的性能能够满足国家标准及要求,基本满足印刷实践中的使用要求。 In this paper , it introduces the pentaerythritol triacrylate at the end of the polyurethane prepolymer to complete the UV -curable aqueous polyurethane resin. Using this resin as an intemediate material, an aqueous polyurethane ink is prepared. At the same time, the influence of DMPA mass fraction on the properties of UV - curable aqueous polyurthane resin is analyzed, and the properties of UV - curable aqueous polyurethane ink is analyzed. Through research and analysis, the results show that the increase of DMPA mass fraction will gradually change the color of resin emulsion from milky opaque state to translucent state, the stability of resin is getting stronger, the particle radius is gradually reduced and the solid content is increased. UV - curable water - based polyurethane ink performance to meet the national standards and requirements, the basic printing business to meet the requirements.
