摘要
为了降低铝合金集中熔化炉非连续投料生产时的能源消耗和浪费,通过增加炉体排烟自动控制挡板阀的方式,并配合熔化程序的改善,以及增加独立助燃风机,最终实现非连续投料生产,燃气及电能消耗明显下降,达到预期效果。
To reduce energy consumption and waste in discontinuous production in aluminum alloy central melting fu rn a c e , through adding furnace flue automatic controlling flapper valve % improving the melting program % and adding an independent combustion fan,we finally achieved an obvious decline in gas and electricity in discontinuous production%got the expected results.
