摘要
结合某单层轻型钢构车间工程实例,从基础选型设计及地基承载力、变形验算等方面,分析探讨了压密注浆工艺在高填方区应用的可行性,并通过现场检测、监测验证了其可靠性。实践表明,在高填方区的轻型工业建筑中采用压密注浆地基处理方案,技术上可行且经济合理。
Based on an engineering project of a single-layer light steel structure workshop and in term of the foundation type selection and design,foundation bearing capacity,and deformation calculation,etc.,this paper analyzed the application of pressure grouting technology in the high fill area and verified its reliability by field testing and monitoring. The practice shows that it is not only technically feasible,but also economic and reasonable to adopt foundation treatment scheme of compaction grouting to light industrial buildings in high fill area.
