历史文化街区地下管线改造设计要点探讨

Discussion on the design of underground pipeline reconstruction in historical and cultural district

历史街区地下管线是街区内"新陈代谢"的重要通道。完善的市政基础设施,是提高历史街区综合承载力的关键,是维护历史街区历史文化延续性的需要。文章以漳州市唐宋子城(台湾路—香港路)历史文化街区多条道路地下管线改造设计的成功经验为依据,提出历史文化街区地下管线改造设计的4个设计要点,即:管线对街区两侧建筑物基础安全影响、管线综合横断面设计、雨污分流改造设计和文化传统风格体现设计等具体措施。

The underground pipeline system of historical and cultural district is an important ＂ metabolism＂ channel of a block in the city.Perfect municipal infrastructure is a key to improve comprehensive bearing capacity and it is also a must for maintaining continuity of history and culture in a historic district. Based on the successful experience of underground pipeline reconstruction design of a historical and cultural district（ Tang song zi cheng） in Zhangzhou city,this paper proposes four key points and concrete measures of underground pipeline reconstruction design for a historical and cultural block. Such as the influence of pipeline on the foundation safety of buildings,the comprehensive cross section design of pipeline,the reconstruction design of waste water separate system,the design of traditional cultural style and so on.
