城市休闲山地步道项目进度管理研究——以福州市大腹山山地步道建设项目(第一标段)为例

Study on progress management of urban leisure mountain trail project—— a case study of the construction project of the mountain walk road (1st section) of the great ascites mountain of fuzhou city

以福州市大腹山山地步道建设项目(第一标段)为例,通过分析识别影响项目进度的关键因素,采取切实可行的优化措施,从而对项目进度各个关键工期节点进行有效控制,在保证项目质量、成本的前提下,实现了项目的提前竣工验收。

In this paper,according to the construction of fuzhou urban Da Fu Shan mountain trails project bid（ first） as an example,through the analysis to identify the key factors that affect the project schedule,the feasible optimization measures,thus to effectively control the project schedule each key period node,on the premise of guarantee the project quality,cost,achieve the project completion inspection and acceptance in advance.
