摘要
针对现有加固方法中纤维材料的缺点,提出使用高强钢丝与碳纤维丝制成用于加固混凝土梁的预应力复合碳纤维板。对复合预应力碳纤维板加固混凝土梁进行试验研究,以未加固梁为参考,研究复合预应力碳纤维板与预应力碳纤维板加固混凝土梁效果的异同。试验结果表明,复合预应力碳纤维板锚固效果达到极限应变并且能较好地提高结构变形能力。该技术将高强钢丝与碳纤维丝在加固工程中优势互补,形成一种性能优良、成本较低且施工便利的新型复合加固材料,可在实际工程中大力推广使用。
In view of the shortcomings of fiber materials in the existing reinforcement methods, a prestressed composite carbon fiber slab is made of high strength steel wire and carbon fiber wire for strengthening concrete beams. Based on the experimental study of composite prestressed carbon fiber reinforced concrete beam, the effect of composite prestressed carbon fiber slab and prestressed carbon fiber slab on strengthening concrete beam is studied. The experimental results show that the anchoring effect of the composite prestressed carbon fiber slab reaches the limit strain and can improve the deformation ability of the structure. The technology complements the advantages of high strength steel wire and carbon fiber wire in strengthening project, and forms a new composite reinforcement material with good performance, low cost and convenient construction, which can be popularized and used in practical engineering.
