一种便携式PWV测量样机的设计与实现

摘要 文章设计了一种便携式脉搏波测量样机,通过两个传感器获取两种不同动脉的脉搏波数据测量PWV。然后通过提取特征点,分别计算两个脉搏波的脉冲波发射时间(PWTT),并通过两个不同测点与PWTT之间的距离比值求得PWV。此外,还为数据无线传输提供了蓝牙功能,将数据保存在存储器中,作为医生诊断疾病的有效参考。实验结果表明,该样机是一种简便易行的家用PWV监测设备,可以帮助医生准确分析或诊断心血管疾病。 In this paper, a portable pulse wave measuring prototype is designed, and the pulse wave data of two different arteries are obtained by two sensors to measure the pulse wave velocity(PWV). Then, by extracting the characteristic points, the pulse emission time of two pulse waves is calculated, and the PWV is obtained by the distance ratio between the two different measuring points and the pulse wave transit time(PWTT). In addition, the Bluetooth function is provided for wireless data transmission, and the data is stored in memory as an effective reference for doctors to diagnose diseases. The experimental results show that the prototype is a simple and convenient household PWV monitoring device, which can help doctors to accurately analyze or diagnose cardiovascular diseases.
