电子洁净厂房中FFU发热量计算探讨

摘要 在施工图设计阶段中,电子工业洁净厂房的冷热负荷计算是设计师关乎执行空调设计方案的重要依据,也是冷热源设备选取的根基。众所周知,电子工业厂房的冷热负荷特点是工艺设备为主要发热源,其维护结构及人员、灯光的负荷比例所占很小。那么对于洁净等级要求高的生产区,数量庞大的FFU可视工艺设备的附属环境设备。其发热量要深入研究才能得到精准的负荷计算书。目前仍有设计师把FFU的名牌功率单乘以其布置数量的记作FFU发热量做法并称此做法符合能量守恒定律。作者不以为然。 In the stage of construction drawing design, the calculation of cooling and heating load of clean workshops in electronic industry is an important basis for designers to carry out the design scheme of air conditioning, and is also the basis for the selection of cold and heat source equipment. As we all know, the characteristic of cold and heat load of electronic industrial workshop isthat process equipment is the main heat source, and the ratio of maintenance structure, personnel and lighting load is very small.Thus, a large number of FFU visualized processing devices are attached to the environmental equipment because of the high requirement for cleanliness in the production area. It is necessary to study the calorific value in order to get accurate load calculation data.There are still designers of FFU power sources who record the amount of their layout as FFU calorific amount, and who think this isin accordance with the law of energy conservation. The author disagrees with this.
