基于PLC和组态王的火灾自动报警系统

对PLC控制自动火灾报警系统分析,进行PLC的选择,设计给出PLC的I/O分配,并根据自动火灾报警系统工作流程设计了程序流程图,给出梯形图程序进行实现,最后运用组态王软件King View对系统进行仿真调试。本系统有着可靠性高、故障率低的特点,能够满足仓库自动火灾报警的要求。

The PLC control automatic fire alarm system is analyzed, the PLC is selected, the I/O distribution of PLC is designedand the program flow chart is designed according to the work flow of the automatic fire alarm system, and the trapezoidal diagramprogram is realized. Finally, the system is simulated and debugged using KingView software. The system has the characteristics ofhigh reliability and low failure rate, which can meet the requirements of automatic fire alarm in warehouse.
