元坝气田采气树压力传导装置的工艺优化研究与应用

摘要 地区降雨量大及方井池渗水造成元坝气田部分井站方井池积液严重,导致监测套管压力状况的仪表进水损坏,不利于对套管压力的监控同时存在引起井口异常关断的风险。文章根据仪表损坏情况,分析造成仪表进水损坏的原因,并提出工艺优化改造措施,从根本上解决了仪表浸水损坏的问题,取得了巨大的经济和安全效益。 The heavy rainfall in the area and the seepage of water in the square well pool cause serious fluid accumulation inthe square well pool of some well stations in Yuanba Gas Field, which results in the damage of the water inflow of the instrument tomonitor the casing pressure, which is not conducive to the monitoring of the casing pressure and there is the risk of abnormal shutoffof the wellhead. According to the condition of instrument damage, this paper analyzes the causes of instrument water damage, andputs forward the measures of process optimization and renovation, which fundamentally solves the problem of instrument flooding damage and obtains huge economic and safety benefits.
