摘要
钢铁是国家发展的工业基础,经济的快速发展离不开各类钢铁制品的有力支撑。新时期工业的发展、基础设施的建设需要大量的型钢、型材。不锈钢板材是一种在生产、生活领域中应用十分广泛的材料,在不锈钢板材的轧压生产过程中容易产生中心偏析、疏松等的问题。连铸动态轻压技术是一种在不锈钢板材生产过程中,通过动态跟踪监测不锈钢铸坯凝固的进程,并通过向不锈钢铸坯动态施加一定的机械外力,用以使得不锈钢铸坯末端两相区的凝固体的收缩能够得到一定程度的弥补,提高不锈钢铸坯的铸造质量。文章在分析连铸动态轻压技术特点的基础上对连铸动态轻压技术应用过程中扇形段的受力进行模拟分析。

In the new period, the development of industry and theconstruction of infrastructure needa large number of sections. Stainless steel plate is a kind of widely used material in the field ofproduction and life that is easy to produce central segregation and porosity in the process of rolling and pressing stainless steel sheet.Continuous casting dynamic light reduction technology isa kind of dynamic monitoring of the solidification process of stainless steelbillet during the process of production of stainless steel sheet and the application of certain mechanical external force to stainlesssteel billet dynamically to make the stainless steel billet. The shrinkage of the solidified body in the two-phase zone at the end canbe compensated to a certain extent to improve the casting quality of stainless steel billet. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of continuous casting dynamic light reduction technology, this paper simulates and analyzes the force acting on sectors in theprocess of application of continuous casting dynamic light reduction technology.
