硒对湿地松种子萌发和生长的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为了使湿地松(Pinus elliottii)种子能够快速整齐的萌发,研究了微量元素硒在湿地松种子萌发和幼苗生长中的作用。试验以质量体积浓度为0,5,10,15,20,25,30 mg/L的硒溶液浸泡湿地松种子,然后进行标准发芽试验,测定硒对湿地松种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,同时测定了幼苗的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,以及脂质过氧化物丙二醛的含量,研究相应的促进或抑制机制。结果表明,当硒浸种的质量体积浓度≤20 mg/L时,发芽势、发芽率、根长、苗高均不同程度的提高,SOD和CAT活性,以及丙二醛含量均没有显著变化。当硒的质量体积浓度≥25 mg/L时,硒表现出离子毒害,造成萌发和生长胁迫,抑制湿地松种子的萌发和幼苗生长。综合各指标,10 mg/L硒溶液浸种可以更好的促进湿地松种子的萌发和幼苗生长。 In order to study the effects of Selenium (Se) soaking on seed germination and seedling growth of Pinus elliottii, the seeds were soaked in Se concentration of 0, 5, 10,15, 20, 25, 30 mg/L for 24 h, and the process of seed germination and seedling growth were measured and the key enzymes of SOD and CAT, and the malondialdehyde contents were also determined of the seedling. The results showed that the germination percentage, seedling length and root length were significantly higher in the treatment of 5~20 mg/L Se concentration than in the control. Furthermore, the activities of SOD and CAT, the malondialdehyde contents were also not signifcantly varied within the concentration of 5~20 mg/L Se concentration. The inhibitor effect were showed as the Se concentration ≥25 mg/L. Based on this study, 10 mg/L Se concentration soaking was the best method in enhancing seed germination and seedling growth of P. elliottii.
