创新网络中知识异质性驱动知识增长的机制

Driven Mechanism of Heterogeneity on Knowledge Growth withinInno-Net

论文考察了不同长度作用链为企业提供的有效知识,建立企业知识增长的机制模型。研究发现:1)在企业间知识异质性不变时,网络整体知识异质性对知识增长有正向影响;2)无论在局域还是全域网络,增大企业间知识异质性都会促进知识增长;3)企业增多对知识增长的影响并不确定,但合作关系的增多会促进知识增长;4)均衡状态下,知识增长由企业知识存量决定;而非均衡状态下,知识增长则还要受到其它因素的影响。本模型为识别核心企业和选择合作伙伴提供了理论支持。

The paper investigates how all firms offer the effective knowledge to target firm via different chain and constructs a knowledge growth model for firms within inno-net.The study found：1）given the distribution of Knowledge heterogeneity between firms,the overall knowledge heterogeneity of inno-net has a positive impact on knowledge growth of all the firms;2）knowledge heterogeneities between firms become larger,whether it is local or global,the knowledge growth of all the firms have been promoted;3）changes in inno-net scale generate uncertain affect to knowledge growth of all the firms,but the formations of new link between firms generate positive affect to knowledge growth of all the firms through the change of distribution of Knowledge heterogeneity between firms;4）the knowledge growth of all the firms is completely determined by the stock of knowledge only when the inno-net is in equilibrium state,while it would be influenced by the other factors when the inno-net is out of equilibrium state.The model provides a theoretical support for the identification of core firms and selection of partners within inno-net.
