摘要
鉴于产业联盟的外部环境——政策治理对产业联盟创新能力具有重要的影响,产业联盟政策治理对创新能力的影响已经成为学者们广泛关注的重点问题。本文在现有文献基础上,构建了产业联盟政策治理对创新能力影响的理论模型,搜集物联网产业联盟样本问卷数据,采用结构方程模型(SEM)实证研究了产业联盟政策治理对创新能力的影响。实证分析结果发现:区域政策与产业政策相比更能推动产业联盟的构建,提高产业联盟中企业信任关系;信任关系对产业联盟创新能力的构建有关键作用,良好的信任关系可以有效地推动联盟企业间的知识分享;知识分享对技术合作有积极的影响,进而提高创新能力。
In view of the external environment of industry alliance,governance policy having an important influence on the industry alliance of innovation ability,the influence of industry alliance governance policy on technological innovation ability has become a key issue that scholars have paid extensive attention to.Based on the existing literature This paper establishes a theoretic model of the impact of industrial alliance policy governance on technological innovation,collects sample survey data of the internet of things industry alliance,and utilizes structural equation modeling(SEM)to empirically analyzes the impact mechanism of industry alliance policy governance on innovation ability.The empirical results find that:compared with the industrial policy,the regional policy can better build up industry alliance,and improve the trust relationship of enterprises in industry alliance;trust relationship plays a key role in the construction of the technology innovation capacity of the industry alliance,and a good trust relationship can effectively promote knowledge sharing among alliance enterprises;knowledge sharing has a positive impact on technical cooperation,and enhance the ability of technological innovation.
