技术学习视角下新创企业技术能力演化路径研究 被引量:4

The Evolution Path of New Ventures' Technological Capability Based on Technological Learning Theory

摘要 从技术学习过程视角,构建新创企业技术能力演化的系统动力学模型,利用Vensim软件进行模型仿真,揭示创业环境中的技术动态性与企业技术学习过程的交互作用对技术能力演化的系统影响。研究发现:(1)不同的技术获取方式对新创企业技术能力演化的促进作用存在效率差异,内部知识开发对技术型新创企业的技术能力提高更加有效;(2)企业创新收益和知识存量的演化路径并不完全同步,创新收益的增长存在一定的滞后性和波动性;(3)技术动态性与企业技术学习的交互作用对新创企业技术能力演化有着重要影响,新创企业的技术学习策略只有与创业环境相匹配,才能生成企业技术能力成长的最优路径。 From the technological learning perspective,a system dynamics model of new venturestechnological capability evolution is constructed,and the impact of the interaction of technology turbulence and technological learning on new venturestechnological evolution is analyzed by simulating the system dynamics process with Vensim software.It is found in this research that:(1)different technology access modes play different roles in promoting the evolution of new ventures' technological capability,that is the internal knowledge development is more effective for new ventures compared with the external technology acquisition;(2)the evolution paths of innovation revenue and the stock of knowledge are not fully synchronized,and there is some hysteresis and volatility in innovation revenue evolution;(3)the interaction of technology turbulence and technological learning play an important role in new venturestechnological capability evolution.New ventures need to select and adjust their technological learning strategies according to the changes in the entrepreneurial environment and the characteristics of different evolution stages,in order to generate the optimal evolution path of their technological capability.
