摘要
文章从组织的系统角度出发,首次提出了组织基于现有效率的关键资源规划方法:Data Envelopment Analysis-Dynamic Programming(DEA-DP)组合方法,并给出了该方法的贪婪算法。DEA-DP组合方法的基本思想是基于DEA测算的组织系统内部DMUs的相对效率值,确定影响效率的关键资源,并运用DP方法实现组织未来一定时期内对该关键资源的最优规划。文章以首都医科大学为例,将首都医科大学附属的10所三甲综合医院作为DMUs,运用DEA-DP组合方法对其进行研究。研究结果表明,DEA-DP组合方法不仅可以有效地实现关键资源的最优规划,还可以通过选择不同的模型和指标处理方法尽可能地反映实际情况,具有很强的实践性。
From a system perspective,this paper firstly propose a Data Envelopment Analysis-Dynamic Programming(DEA-DP)integrate method,and give out its greedy algorithm.The basic idea of DEA-DP method is to determine the key resources that affect the efficiency,which is measured by using DEA method.Then,we apply the DP method to optimal the key resource planning in the future.Taking Capital Medical University as the example,the 10 class1,Grade 3 general attached hospitals as the DMUs,we have an case study use DEA-DP integrated method.Results show that DEA-DP integrated method cannot only implement optimal planning of the key resource,but also reflect the actual situation by choosing different models or index disposal methods.
