摘要 为提高北斗系统的传输效率,实现语音通信,在综合考虑北斗业务发展和语音传输实际需求的基础上,本文基于北斗通信模块,设计多卡传输并结合低码率语音压缩技术和嵌入式软硬件技术,借助Android平台,开发了一款便携式、小型化、和智能化的语音通信终端。通过对其进行测试验证,结果证明,此方案设计具有可行性和应用价值,能很好地解决在偏远地区无法进行即时通信的问题。 In view of improving the transmission efficiency of the Beidou system and realizing voice communication,to cater to the requirement of the Beidou business development and the voice communication'reality,the voice communication terminal is designed in this paper.Multi-card transmission,low bit rate voice compression technology and embedded hardware and software technology is used by the voice communication terminal which based on Beidou communication module and Android platform.These technologies make the voice communication terminal portable,miniaturized,and intelligent.Through the test and verification,the results show that this terminal design is feasible and has application value.The problem of being unable to communicate instantly in remote areas can be solved very well by this terminal.
