摘要
液晶显示产品作为计算机办公系统和家庭娱乐系统的重要组成部分。它是最早列入能源之星节约计划的产品之一。因此,液晶显示产品的测试标准和方法,对厂商生产液晶显示产品显得十分重要。最新的液晶显示器能源之星7.0规范要求通过播放10 min的标准动态影片的方式进行测试。由于动态影片时长的关系,生产线无法进行百分百测试产品的动态功耗。为了解决这个问题,根据液晶显示产品的显示能耗特征,通过分析显示器的能源消耗特性,提出以静态画面测试评估显示器的动态功耗方法,测试结果表明本文方法在生产液晶显示产品时,可方便厂商通过管控产品显示参数,确保满足EPA的能耗要求。
Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) as an important part of computer office system and home entertainment system,is one of the first products to be released by energy star conservation plan.So the LCD test standard and method is very important for the manufacturer.The newest EPA7.0 standard isrequested to play ten minutes standard video for evaluating LCDs.TheLCD manufacturer couldnt test all product pass the EPA7.0 on the line due to the time duration of dynamic video.To address this issue,this paper proposesa new evaluation method by using static pattern to instead of the dynamic video test.It analysis the display energy consumptionaccording to LCD products energy consumption characteristics andmental results show that the proposed methodcould make manufacturer easier control the parameter of LCD products and ensure products meet EPA7.0.
