应用型地方高校教师业务能力的重构与提升

以培养生产服务一线紧缺应用型人才和为区域经济社会发展提供服务为核心,许多地方高校正在开启新一轮的转型发展之路。新的办学功能定位和人才培养目标对应用型地方高校教师的业务能力提出了全新的要求。在这一背景下,必须针对教师业务能力现状及存在的主要问题,以培养"双师双能型"教师为目标导向,重新确定教师业务能力结构及其内涵要求,在思想观念、机制政策、培养方式等多方面采取有效措施,持续推进教师业务能力的全面提升。

Centered on the cultivation of the application oriented talents urgently needed by production services and the service for regional economic and social development, many local colleges and universities are opening a new round of transformation and development. The new educational function orientation and the talent training goals put forward the new request to the local university teachers＇ business ability. In this context, we must find out the main problems of teachers＇ business ability, insist on the goal of cultivating ＂dual-qualification and dual-ability＂ teachers, re-determine the structure of teachers＇ ability and its connotation requirements, take effective measures from thoughts, systems and training methods, etc., so as to promote the overall ability of teachers.
