摘要
基于医护专业的人才培养目标正从学术型、研究型向应用型转变,创新"2111"的医学人才培养模式,并在培养模式中纳入学生管理要素。针对不同时期的学情特点,从适应期、提升期、实践期三个不同阶段,以特色的"三讲一帮"教育工作为载体,完成适应期行为规范与兴趣引导、提升期社会认知与方法引导、实践期专业认知与思想引导的教育管理任务,实现本科阶段学生对社会、行业、专业的全面认知,为"2111"人才培养模式的顺利实施提供有力保障。
According to the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education, and based on the characteristics of talents training in medical majority, the training mode of medical talents of "2111" is innovated, and students' management is included in the training mode. Three different stages of learning are divided according to the characteristics of the undergraduates, which are the adaptation stage, promotion stage and practice stage. It is necessary to take "Three Lectures and One Help" as the educational method, complete training targets of three stages, such as the behavior discipline and interest guiding during adaption stage, social cognition and method guidance during promotion state, professional cognition and thinking guidance during practice stage, improve undergraduate students' comprehensive cognition in society, industry and profession, and provide powerful guarantee for smoothly cultivating innovative talents.
