摘要
青岛地区民办本科院校利用自身区位、体制、机制方面的优势,正确理解转型发展,明确目标定位;加强教师队伍建设,优化教师队伍结构;明确专业发展思路,提升专业建设水平;深化校企合作,推进人才培养模式改革;推进课程改革和考评方法改革,走出了一条民办本科院校应用型转型发展的新路。
The research and practice of transformation development of private undergraduate universities brings a great opportunity for applied undergraduate universities to examine themselves, make clear their education orientation and regulate their healthy development. Taking their advantage of location, system and mechanism, private undergraduate universities in Qingdao has made the research and exploration in forming transformation concepts, faculty construction, major development, school-enterprise cooperation as well as curriculum reform. The researches and exploration may give some references to the universities of the same rank.
