党的十九大报告提出,＂要支持香港、澳门融入国家发展大局,以粤港澳大湾区建设、粤港澳合作、泛珠三角区域合作等为重点,全面推进内地同香港、澳门互利合作＂;2018年《政府工作报告》明确,将＂出台实施粤港澳大湾区发展规划,全面推进内地同香港、澳门互利合作。＂

Port is the regional strategic resources of economic globalization. The port group of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao bay area has been in embryo. Deepening the integration and development of the port will enhance the economic competitiveness and public service level of the Pearl River Delta region and effectively promote the construction of the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.
