摘要
择业效能指个体对自己完成择业相关任务所需能力的信心程度。本文探讨择业效能的影响因素,主要可以概括为个人因素和环境因素两大类。一是个体因素,主要有人格特征、情绪因素、完美主义、情绪智力、成就动机、归因方式、应对方式、社会适应及社会支持等。二是以学校因素和家庭因素为核心的环境因素。
Career Decision-Making Self-efficacy is the extent to which an individual is confident to successfully complete tasks concerning choosing jobs on one's own. Since Shan-shan introduced this concept into China, it has stimulated numerous researches in vocational psychology. This article summarizes factors influencing career decision making-efficacy and the relationship between career decision making-efficacy and career-related factors. Influential factors generally fall into two categories: individual factors and environmental factors. The relationship with career factors comprised vocational values, career maturity, career decision-making difficulties, and professional commitment, etc.
