摘要 基于不同投资主体,着重分析电网侧和新能源电厂侧电池储能系统的经济性,考虑并量化储能各方面的效益和成本。电网侧模型包括低储高发套利、减少常规备用容量、减少电网停电损失、降低电网网损和延缓电网升级投资等5个方面的效益,以及投资建设和运行维护等2个部分的成本;新能源电厂侧模型包括减少新能源发电旋转备用容量、减少新能源并网通道的建设容量、减少碳排放的环境效益和假想峰谷上网电价下的低储高发套利等4个部分的效益。以安徽金寨地区实例仿真分析,结果表明:目前电池储能系统能够盈利但成本较高,投资回报率偏低。 Based on different investment entities, the economy of battery energy storage system(BESS) on the side of the grid and the new energy power plant was studied, while benefits and costs of all aspects were quantified. The model on the side of grid included five aspects of benefits-arbitrage, reduced conventional reserve capacity, reduced power loss, reduced outage loss and delayed power grid upgrade investment, two aspects of costs-investment construction and operation and maintenance. The new energy power plant model included four aspects of benefits-reducing the reserve capacity for new energy generation, reducing the construction capacity of new energy grid connection channel, reducing carbon dioxide emissions and arbitrage for imaginary peakvalley price. Based on the simulation analysis of Jinzhai, Anhui, it was proved that BESS could be profitable, but the cost was high and the return on investment was low.
