核转录因子κB在急性颅脑损伤中的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨急性颅脑损伤中核转录因子κB(NF-κB)的表达及意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法,对2014年7月~2016年10月急诊创伤科收治的60例急性颅脑损伤患者(轻型21例,中型26例,重型13例)和30例同期健康体检患者分别检测血清中NF-κB含量变化;另随机选取中型颅脑损伤患者10例,观察其NF-κB的表达与苏醒恢复时间的相关性。结果颅脑损伤组患者血清中的NF-κB含量明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NF-κB的浓度在轻、中、重型患者中的表达呈递增趋势。随机中型患者组中NF-κB表达越高者,苏醒恢复时间越长。结论 NF-κB在颅脑损伤的表达与损伤程度呈正相关,检测其浓度对于判断患者预后有一定的参考价值。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of nuclear transcription factor κB( NF-κB) in acute brain injury. Methods Sixty patients with acute craniocerebral injury were treated with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA). The patients were treated with acute traumatic brain injury( Light 21 cases,medium-sized26 cases,heavy 13 cases) and 30 cases of healthy subjects in the same period were detected in serum NF-κB content changes; another then select the medium-sized brain injury in 10 patients,to observe the expression of NF-κB and recovery recovery time. Results The expression of NF-κB in the patients with craniocerebral injury was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group( P〈0. 05). The expression of NF-κB in the mild,moderate and severe patients was increasing. The higher the expression of NF-κB in the randomized patients,the longer the recovery time. Conclusion NF-κB plays an important role in the development of craniocerebral injury. The expression of NF-κB is positively correlated with the degree of craniocerebral injury. The concentration of NF-κB is related to the prognosis of patients with brain injury. Activation is expected to provide direction for the prevention and treatment of craniocerebral injury.
