缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压合并阵发性房颤的效果观察

To observe the treatment effect of valsartan and atorvastatin on the patients with hypertension and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

目的观察缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀对高血压合并阵发性房颤的治疗效果。方法将60例高血压伴阵发性房颤患者随机分为缬沙坦组和缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀组,治疗随访6个月,比较两组病人房颤的复发率和左心房内径变化。结果治疗后缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀组房颤复发率明显低于缬沙坦组(P<0.05),左心房内径较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且与缬沙坦组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压伴阵发性房颤患者能发挥协同作用,显著减少房颤复发,降低左心房内径,且安全性较好。

Objective To observe the treatment effect of valsartan and atorvastatin on the patients with hypertension and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation（ AF）. Methods Sixty patients with hypertension and paroxysmal AF were divided into two groups in which one group was administrated with valsartan only and the other was treated with valsartan and atorvastatin. The recurrence rate of AF and the inner diameter of left heart atrium were recorded and compared with each other after six months treatment. Results The recurrent rate of AF and the inner diameter of left heart atrium of patients treated with valsartan and atorvastatin decreased significantly to compare with those in the group of valsartan（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion There are a synergistic effect of valsartan and atorvastatin on the treatment of hypertension with paroxysmal AF,and which can diminish the AF recurrence and the inner diameter of left heart atrium companied with a little side effects.
