河北省3个三级甲等医院阿尔兹海默病经济负担调查分析

Study on economic burden of Alzheimer's disease from Hebei province

目的了解阿尔兹海默病(AD)的经济负担现状及影响因素,为减少疾病所带来的经济负担提供参考依据。方法选择河北省3个大型三级甲等医院收治的AD患者32例,对其经济负担情况进行问卷调查。结果AD患者直接医疗费用、直接非医疗费用、间接费用、医疗总费用中位数分别为20 864.5元/年、4 027元/年、10 569元/年和43 863元/年。单因素分析结果显示,年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、合并疾病情况及认知功能水平等因素对AD患者费用方面影响较大。结论通过减少患者并发症、提高患者认知功能等,可有效降低AD患者的经济负担。

Objective To explore the current situation and associated factors of economic burden brought by Alzheimer＇s disease（ AD） and to provide reference for reducing the economic burden. Methods 32 patients with Alzheimer＇ s disease from three level of first-class hospital neurology clinics and wards of Hebei Province were selected as the research object,the questionnaire and its economic burden were retrospectively analyzed. Results The median direct medical cost,direct nonmedical cost,indirect cost of Alzheimer＇s disease and the total per year were 20 864. 5,4 027,10 569 and 43 863 RMB. The single factor analysis showed that the factors such as age,marital status,education level,merge disease conditions and cognitive function has a great influence on the cost. Conclusion Economic burden of Alzheimer＇ s disease patients is heavy for family and society. It could be effectively reduced by reducing patients complications and improving patients cognitive function.
