非手术治疗和手术治疗在急性单纯性阑尾炎治疗中的临床疗效比较

Clinical efficacy of non-surgical treatment and surgical treatment in the treatment of acute simple appendicitis

目的比较非手术治疗和手术治疗急性单纯性阑尾炎的临床疗效。方法选取2015年5月-2017年5月医院外科收治的急性单纯性阑尾炎患者170例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各85例。观察组采用手术治疗,对照组采用非手术治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为97.65%高于对照组的88.24%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.7384,P<0.05)。观察组抗生素应用时间、下床活动时间、住院时间及腹痛持续时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开腹手术治疗急性单纯性阑尾炎可以缩短住院时间,提升治疗效果,减轻患者疼痛,但相应的治疗费用增加,临床应根据患者情况合理选择治疗方案。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of non-surgical treatment and surgical treatment in the treatment of acute simple appendicitis. Methods 170 patients with acute simple appendicitis were selected from May 2015 to May 2017,and they were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 85） and control group（ n = 85）. The observation group was treated with surgical treatment,the control group was treated with non-surgical treatment,the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group（ 97. 65%） was higher than that in the control group（ 88. 24%）,the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2= 5. 7384,P〈0. 05）. Antibiotic application time,ambulation time,hospital stay and abdominal pain duration of observation group were shorter than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Surgical treatment of acute simple appendicitis can shorten the length of hospital stay,improve the treatment effect,reduce the pain signs of patients,but the corresponding increase in treatment costs,clinical treatment should be based on the rational choice of patients.
