单味黄芪煎剂联合降脂药物治疗高脂血症的临床疗效观察

The Clinical Observation on Hyperlipidemia Treated by Single Astragalus Decoction Combined with Lipid-lowering Drugs

目的:观察单味黄芪煎剂联合降脂药物治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月~2016年8月在我院门诊和住院部收治的经实验室检查诊断为高脂血症的患者109例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组(54例)给予辛伐他汀治疗,20 mg/次,1次/d,睡前口服;观察组(55例)给予道地陇西产优质黄芪60 g,煎汁200 ml口服,2次/d,28 d为1个疗程,辛伐他汀治疗同对照组。对比两组临床疗效和治疗前后血脂指标变化情况。结果:经过2个疗程的治疗,观察组总有效率为89.1%,对照组总有效率为70.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)水平与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-c、HDL-c改善水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:单味黄芪煎剂联合降脂药物能有效地降低血脂指标,对于治疗高脂血症具有较高的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of sing le astragalus decoction combined with lipid-lowering drugs in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods： 109 Patients who were diagnosed with hyperlipidemia by laboratory examination in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 54 cases in the control group were treated by simvastatin, 20 mg/time, one time a day, oral before bedtime; and 55 cases in the observation group were treated by 200 ml astragalus decoction which extracted from 60 g of high-quality astragalus in Longxi, two times a day, 28 days for a course of treatment, simvastatin treatment same as the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the changes of blood lipid index before and after treatment. Results： After two courses of treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was89.1%, and 70.4% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; compared with before and after treatment of the TC、TG、LDL-c and HDL-c levels in the two groups, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; The levels of TC、TG、LDL-C and HDL-c in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Single astragalus decoction combined with lipid-lowering drugs can decrease the blood lipid indexes effectively and has high clinical curative effect in treating hyperlipidemia.
