GBS显色平板在基层医院的临床应用

目的 评价B群链球菌（GBS）显色平板在孕产妇中筛查GBS的临床应用价值.方法 2017年1月至6月孕产妇阴道/肛门拭子标本681份,同时接种于血平板（BAP）和GBS显色平板.结果 GBS显色平板的检出率、敏感性分别为7.34％、100％,优于血平板7.05％、96％,特异性一致均为99.84％.结论 GBS显色平板能够满足基层医院临床检测需求,操作方便,判断直观可靠,具有较强的临床应用价值.

Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of the chromogenic plate of group B streptococcus （ GBS ） in screening group B streptococcus （ GBS ） in maternal. Methods 681 samples of the maternal vaginal/anal swab were chosen from January 2017 to June 2017 in our hospital and inoculated on the blood agar plate （ BAP ） and the GBS display color plate at the same time. Result The detection rate and sensitivity of GBS display color plate were 7.34% （50/681） and 100%, which were superior to the BAP 7.05% （48/681） , 96%, and the specificity of GBS and BAP were 99.84% . Conclusion GBS color plate can meet the needs of clinical testing in primary hospitals. It is easy to operate, intuitive and reliable, and has strong clinical application value.
