摘要
目的探讨低场强磁共振检查在膝关节损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析52例经临床及手术证实的膝关节外伤MRI影像资料。结果52例膝关节损伤共发现骨损伤39例(51处),半月板撕裂12例(15处),韧带损伤18例(23条),关节腔积液52例。结论低场强磁共振能清楚显示骨折、骨挫伤、半月板和韧带损伤及关节腔积液等,可以较好满足基层医院对膝关节损伤的诊断要求。
Objective To Investigate the value of low field MRI in the diagnosis of knee joint injury. Methods The MRI images of 52 cases of knee joint trauma confirmed by clinical and surgical procedures were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 52 cases of knee injuries, there were 39 cases of bone injury ( 51 ) , 12 meniscus tear ( 15 ) , 18 ligament injury ( 23 ) , and 52 articular cavity effusion. Conclusion Low field/Villi can clearly show fracture, bone contusion, meniscus and ligament injury, and articular cavity effusion. It can meet the diagnostic requirements of knee injury in primary hospital.
